Winter Park Resort and Granby Ranch offer world-class slopes for all skill levels, making them perfect for skiers and snowboarders alike.
Snowshoeing & Cross-Country Skiing
Our area has miles and miles of trails ideal for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. For updates on trail grooming and maps, visit the Headwaters Trail Alliance or the Snow Mountain Ranch Nordic Center for rentals and trail access.
Events
Our area hosts countless events throughout the season. We often have special lodging deals for select events. Check out our Deals and Discounts page for more information. Here is a highlight of our favorite events:
- Holiday Season Activities: Multiple festive gatherings from Thanksgiving through New Year's happen both in town and at the ski area. See the Winter Park and Fraser Valley Chamber of Commerce for more information
- Thursday and Friday Nights– Mountain Top Après Ski at Winter Park Resort: Free gondola rides to Sunspot Mountain Lodge, live music and drink specials! Starts December 11th
- Saturday Nights - Après with Mary Jane! Its her 50th birthday on January 10th. Saturday nights leading up to the big day you’ll find live music, drink specials, and swag giveaways at Mary Jane Base Camp starting December 13th.
- January 10th- Mary Jane turns 50! There will be events in town and at the ski area. Stay tuned for more information
